Look no further…I couldn’t be happier with the level of care, professionalism and quality I received! Don’t think twice if you have any needs for removing bumps and paint transfers from your car. It would have cost me much more if I would have taken my Audi to a dealership! Also, I appreciated that the manager didn’t make me feel bad for bumping my own garage!!! ;) Thank you!!

I am leaving a one-star review because of both the quality of the repair and the lack of follow-up. After my vehicle was repaired, I received a customer survey. In that survey, I clearly stated that I noticed a damp smell inside my car whenever I got in. That odor was not there before the repairs. Despite reporting this, no one ever contacted me to follow up or inspect the issue. A few weeks later, I opened my trunk to put something away and was immediately hit with a strong, foul odor of stagnant water. I take exceptional care of my vehicle and keep it extremely clean, so I knew something was wrong. I lifted the trunk carpet and then the panel covering the spare tire area. Underneath, I found my spare tire sitting in a pool of water. I took several photographs documenting the standing water and the condition of the trunk. I also found a black plastic cap in the trunk that did not belong there. In addition, the rear trunk trim panel is now loose and separates from the vehicle. I never had any issues with that panel before the repairs, and the work that was performed was in the trunk area. Greensboro collision did an amazing job on my car repairs. Very easy process dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Also customer service was great as well!!! 10/10 highly recommend

Brought my car for a small body work, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Once you leave your car in their hands, they handle everything with the insurance. Your updated daily with the status and give quick reply to questions. The job on my BMW was done professionally and no more trace of the damages. Everyone I talked to was gracious and respectful. Highly recommend if you ever have to fix your car.

I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for repairs to be honest. Other than getting a specific part or parts if they don’t have it. Just bring it with you. Jeff was able to truly help me out. Moving to DC this weekend. So of course when it rains, it pours. Coming back from getting things sorted in DC the trim to the left of my windshield came off. Went in yesterday to ask about what could be done. Jeff told me what parts would be needed. I was able to get the small parts from Acura today and Jeff got me in today and out within 15 minutes for an amazing price. If I was not moving I would probably come here for any service my vehicle needed that they provide. I’m not one to leave reviews unless thoroughly impressed or dissapointed.
